Chipotle Chicken Steak is so good!  Very authentic MEXICAN food with Tex-Mex options available. Service was great, enchiladas looked great too. When they say spicy they aren't using it as a buzz word... it's spicy!  Can't wait to come back for more.

Jalisco's is some of the best Mexican food you can find in Stephenville. Their breakfast tacos are second to none and their enchiladas are awesome. Carne guisada is also very tender and yummy.

Went to visit my sister who goes to Tarleton and this is the most authentic Mexican food in Stephenville and I think they run daily specials.

Really good Mexican food. Friendly waitstaff. A lot of food at reasonable prices. I had the Tejas Lunch plate. Outstanding!

I came in here for breakfast excited to try a new spot. I read about their salsa so was extra excited. For my first trip, I did not get any chips and salsa. Maybe it is something you have to ask for, maybe it doesn't come with breakfast. I was very let down though. As silly as it sounds, it will likely be the difference in me coming back again or not. There aren't a lot of breakfast places in Stephenville. This is a huge advantage for jaliscos. I think you would absolutely capitalize on it with chips and salsa. Just a suggestion. It would make or break it for me.

The food was appropriate for what I paid for. I felt good about that.

The service was a little annoying. I was one of three total tables that were set, and my waitress managed to stop by one time aside from food delivery. Kind of a picky point, she asked if I would like her to get me some more tea when my cup was empty. If you really want to wow a customer with experience, just let them know you ARE going to refill their drink when it is low. Biggest opportunity here is creating a better experience for the guest if you want them to return. I had an ok breakfast, and better experience would have had me here again next week.
